We aim to come back to you within 3 days with an offer. Should you decide to accept, we will ask you to sign our agreement form and we will continue to progress the sale. If our approved solicitors are used, this can usually complete within 28 days if there are no issues, sometimes quicker.
Yes. If your property is right for one of our investors, then it doesn't matter what condition it is in. We only ask that you tell us in advance of any known problems or issues.
No. There is no cost whatsoever to you for us to value your property for investment. If you don't like what we can offer you, there is no obligation for you to accept.
Yes. Once a price has been agreed, and subject to no unforeseen survey issues, we will honour the price. If the survey shows further work required, we will review the offer, but once accepted, we would never come back at last minute and lower the offer.
